1. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We do not offer exchanges or returns for size or color preference since everything is made-to-order.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are delivered within 7–10 working days. This includes printing and shipping time. Remote areas may take longer.
3. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please email us at workwithrajbir@gmail.com with photos within 7 days of delivery, and we'll assist you with a return or refund.
4. Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, your product may already be in production.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
Not currently. We're working to expand our shipping services in the future.
6. How do I track my order?
Once your product is shipped, you'll get a tracking link via email or SMS.
